When will I receive the footage?
Within 31 days standard, 7 days if expedited. Fringe times may vary.
Live performance filming
The time to receive the film of your live performance is usually a standard 31 days. If you’re in a rush, we can get that down to 7 days with our expedited package.
This is the date for first draft delivery. After this, if you have notes, we re-edit to make changes. This we call an edit round. When you book your package with us, we’ll agree on how many rounds of changes to make before we deliver the final edit. To save time for you, we aim for a first draft to be as close as possible to a final draft. The most common note is a change of font.
Promotion
Promotion has more variable delivery time frames, based on the type of content produced. We can sometimes turn-around certain kinds of simple content within 3 days of shooting. Our usual timings are the standard 31 days and 7 days expedited.
